My work isn’t about stiff poses or perfect smiles. It’s about the way two hands find each other in a crowd, a tear shed in silence, the kind of look between two souls that says “we’ve found home.”

I’m Alyssum, a storyteller at heart and a wedding photographer based in the Eastern Townships, near Montréal. My path has been anything but linear: I studied visual arts, law, politics, and international studies: fields that shaped the way I see the world, through layers of beauty, complexity, and truth.
At my core, I’m deeply moved by what’s real: the imperfect, the spontaneous, the fleeting. I’m inspired by nature, by quiet mornings with coffee and by soulful conversations. I live for adventure, whether it’s a spontaneous road trip or a simple walk under soft morning light. My heart always races a little when life unfolds unplanned.
As a photographer, I see the world through emotion. I notice the in-between moments wether it is a glance, a touch, a silence that says everything. My work is not about posed perfection, but about presence. It’s about capturing what words can’t always express, so that years from now, you can still feel the heartbeat of your story.
